Office of International Exchange and Cooperation (Office of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan Affairs) is the management department of international exchange and cooperation, as well as cooperation between XVTC and institutions in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan.

Currently, there are 2 divisions in OIEC: Division of Integrated Management and Division of Study Abroad Programs and International Students Management.

Division of Integrated Management is responsible for faculty’s official overseas trips and overseas professional training, employment of foreign experts (teachers), cooperation with international institutions as well as those in Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and etc.

Division of Study Abroad Programs and International Students Management is in charge of students’ study abroad programs as well as management of international students who study in XVTC.
