A certificate ceremony marking the successful conclusion of a training program for an Uzbekistan education delegation was held on June 11 at the National Training Center of Xianyang Polytechnic Institute.
The event was attended by Wang Min'an, Vice President of the Xianyang People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries; Nie Yongshe, Section Chief of the Friendship Association Division at the Xianyang Foreign Affairs and Reception Center; Feng Hua, Vice President of Xianyang Polytechnic Institute; as well as representatives from the institute's School of Primary Education and Office of International Exchange and Cooperation, along with lecturers and all 21 participating trainees.

The delegation consisted of 21 teachers from 5 Uzbek institutions and vocational education authorities. During the training, they toured the Qin Han Branch of the Shaanxi History Museum and the Qianling Museum, immersing themselves in the rich heritage of the Qin and Han dynasties as well as the splendid culture of the Tang era. They also visited the Tangnongyuan Ecological Culture Base to gain first-hand insight into China's rural revitalization efforts. Looking ahead to future trends, the participants engaged in systematic studies on vocational education innovation against the backdrop of industry-education integration and digital transformation. They took part in hands-on modules such as AI technology applications and smart manufacturing, gaining a deep understanding of China's talent cultivation system in vocational education, achievements in teaching reform, and experience in industry-education synergy. They also experienced the unique appeal of traditional Chinese medicine and Silk Road intangible cultural heritage.

At the closing ceremony, Feng Hua extended congratulations to all trainees for successfully completing the program. She noted that the training served as a vivid example of mutual learning and deep integration between the vocational education systems of China and Uzbekistan, as well as an important bridge for strengthening bilateral educational cooperation and traditional friendship. Feng expressed hope that both sides would take this opportunity to deepen cooperation in areas such as faculty exchanges, joint program development, and collaborative teaching research, so as to promote sustained and steady progress in China-Uzbekistan vocational education ties.A trainee representative expressed sincere gratitude to the institute for its thoughtful arrangements, professional curriculum, and warm services, noting that the program had enhanced their teaching abilities and professional competence. The representative also voiced hope to continue serving as a bridge for enhancing mutual learning and friendship between educators of the two countries.At the conclusion of the ceremony, leaders in attendance presented certificates of completion to all trainees.
The training marked a new chapter in educational exchange and cooperation between Xianyang Polytechnic Institute and Uzbek universities. The institute will continue to pursue an open education philosophy, promote regular exchanges in vocational education between China and Uzbekistan, cultivate multidisciplinary technical and skilled talents for industrial cooperation between the two countries, and support the high-quality development of China-Central Asia educational exchange and cooperation.
