Xianyang Polytechnic Institute Participated in 2024 Shaanxi Province Vocational Education Opening-up Promotion Conference

On October 29, 2024, Wu Xujin, vice president of Xianyang Polytechnic Institute ( XYPI ), led the relevant staff of International Exchange and Cooperation Department to Xi 'an to participate in the 2024 Shaanxi Vocational Education Opening Up Promotion Conference and exhibition.

With the theme of "Crafting Dreams, Sailing Far and Wide", representatives from 96 higher vocational colleges and 18 enterprises from home and abroad attended the meeting. The meeting issued and interpreted the "Qinling Workshop" construction regulations and "Qinling Workshop" project evaluation indicators. In the exhibition of the achievements of international exchange of vocational education and integration of production and education held during the conference, XYPI participated in the exhibition of the relevant achievements in Internationalization of Vocational Education, and also showed XYPI 's innovation and entrepreneurship project - "A magic pen - Aromatic effective ink Pioneer" to the guests at home and abroad. This project is an aromatic functional ink that integrates traditional Chinese medicine ingredients to refresh the mind and enhance concentration, which is innovated and developed by our faculty team and applied in the pen refill. The development of the project is of great significance to building the XYPI's brand of traditional Chinese medicine and promoting traditional Chinese medicine culture to countries jointly building the Belt and Road . In the afternoon, XYPI also participated in the meeting held by the Belt and Road Vocational Education Alliance , and was elected as the alliance's executive director unit.

The conference was hosted by the Education Department of Shaanxi Provincial Government and hosted by the Belt and Road Vocational Education Alliance. Wang Haibo, Deputy Secretary of the Education Working Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee, Wu Yingqin, Executive Director of the Secretariat of China-Central Asia Mechanism, and Bakhirova Gulmila Kailbergnovna, Director of the Department of Education of Pavlovr Region of Kazakhstan attended and addressed the opening ceremony. The conference injected new momentum to promote the exchanges and cooperation between Shaanxi vocational colleges and Central Asian countries, and then jointly build a China-Central Asia community with a shared future.
