On November 18, the first SRVE-International Vocational Education Standards and School-Enterprise Cooperation Mode Exchange and Cooperation Conference hosted by the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education and co-organized by the "Belt and Road" Vocational Education Alliance and other Chinese and foreign units was "online + offline" held. Zhang Liang, Deputy Director of the Foreign Cooperation and Exchange Department of the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Education, Bakari Isa Chiloma, Minister of Employment and Vocational Education of Cameroon, and Osguma Dehdiamu, Director General of the National Administration for Industry and Commerce of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in the European Union , Jean-Pierre Amugu Bellinga, director of the National Center for Apprenticeship Education in Limoges, France, attended the meeting and delivered speeches. Wu Xujin, vice president of XVTC, and guests from higher vocational colleges, educational circles, enterprises, and foundations from Shaanxi, Gansu, Henan, Guangdong, Inner Mongolia, Sichuan and other provinces and cities attended the meeting.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss and jointly build with representatives of hundreds of vocational colleges from China, Europe and Africa, and to carry out exchanges and cooperation on "China-Africa vocational education standards and school-enterprise cooperation models", which will be successively for Congo (Kinshasa) , Cameroon and other African countries at the government level and social organization level provide a complete systemic training service plan for "senior management talents" and "vocational skills talents" based on Chinese teaching. It also aims to deepen SRVE's purpose of "co-consultation, co-construction and sharing", to jointly promote the interconnection of "SRVE-international standard certification" and the European RNCP certificate system, and to effectively improve the international influence and reputation of Chinese vocational colleges, and finally to serve Chinese colleges and universities cultivate a group of high-quality international vocational teachers.
During the meeting, Wu Xujin, on behalf of XVTC, as the standing director of SRVE, signed a memorandum of cooperation with the president of the Protestant University of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Ngoy Bolia Daniel, and prepared to establish the "SRVE-CCIRDC" project team, aiming to actively respond to the "Belt and Road" construction, promote the high-quality development of the joint construction of the "Belt and Road", promote China-Africa economic and trade cooperation, build an international platform for innovation and entrepreneurship, and assist universities in African countries to jointly run schools with Chinese vocational schools.
In August this year, the "Belt and Road" Vocational Education Alliance jointly launched the French Silk Road Business School (SRBS), the French Vocational Education Research Institute (PROPEDIA, including IGS Education Group, C&D Education Group) and the Swiss International Geneva Management School Group (IMSG). "SRVE-International Standard Certification", with the purpose of "Chinese + Vocational Education" docking with "European Vocational Education System", has established the first international standard certification of vocational education in the world with "Chinese teaching" as an important evaluation element. At present, SRVE-Vocational Education International Standard Certification has attracted 120 vocational colleges from China, Europe and Africa.
